He may have only been in Congress for a mere eight months, but already Florida Representative Alan Grayson has displayed more chutzpah than 90% of his fellow Democrats have shown in years of wasted seat-sitting.
Well, telling the truth isn't something the GOP wants to hear, since it reveals their in-the-pocket-of-the-health-insurance-industry culpability and immediately set about shooting the messenger.
Grayson hasn't winced.
He appeared on CNN and against a stacked deck, he not only held his own, he fired back and proved that not all Democrats are weak-kneed, spineless wimps.
Boy.... do we ever need more guys like Grayson playing for our team.
Meanwhile, Alaska's newest Democratic Senator, Mark Begich, is trying to be a clever BlueDog Democrat but is coming-off sounding like a BlueButton jellyfish.
GRRRR.
